SHIPPING
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance and should arrive within 2-3 business days from the date shipped. All orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days. On the occasion that shipping is delayed, you will be notified of delivery status.

Social Grace Designs accepts all Visa, MasterCards, and Discover Cards. California sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders using a California Billing Address.
CARING FOR JEWELRY
To keep jewelry looking new, we recommend keeping items in the velvet drawstring bag and in a dark, cool place when not being worn.
Always take your jewelry off before applying any creams or lotions and swimming in salt or chlorinated water.
Always take your jewelry off before working with detergents, bleaches, ammonia, or alcohols.
To clean your jewelry we recommend using a soft polishing cloth.
All items are sterling silver, 14K/18K gold vermeil, gold plated, and rhodium plated. Please beware of any allergies to metals that your skin may react to by consulting a dermatologist if you have sensitive skin before wearing any jewelry.
REPAIRS
If your jewelry needs to be repaired please email us at info@socialgracedesigns.com and give us your name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for repair. We will repair all jewelry damaged due to normal wear for free for the first year. If your jewelry needs to be repaired after the first year, there will be a minimal charge just for the parts being replaced.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 14 days for a full refund, minus the shipping charge. Simply email us at info@socialgracedesigns.com and note your name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. We will then send you a Return Authorization number (RA#) to include when shipping it back (please note we will not accept returns without an RA#). For your protection and to keep jewelry safe- please mail items back to us in a hard box and with insurance.
